As a kid in the late 70's/early 80's I played with Shrinky Dinks. When I was under the age of 7, I loved the Smurfs and even had a set of Smurf Shrinky Dinks. One afternoon I completed my Smurf kit and my mother popped them into the oven to shrink up. I waited outside of that oven convinced that when they were done, they would come to life and play with me. In case you are wondering, they never did, but a short while later I got a sister.
